EDMONTON – Whether there’s a spring election or not, there are already seats to fill. The past couple of weeks have seen a flurry of farewells, from former cabinet ministers Doug Horner and Doug Griffiths, to Liberal leader Raj Sherman. Sherman will keep his seat until the next election, but he’s left a hole at the top of the Liberal party.
