Wanted man found stabbed in Saskatoon

SASKATOON – A wanted man is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed in Saskatoon. It happened Thursday morning in the Exhibition area.

Police say the man knocked on a door in the 2300-block of Herman Avenue around 4 a.m. asking for assistance. He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The 27-year-old man was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant by Corrections Canada for breach of statutory release. His name has not been released.
