City Perks also offers home-made breakfast, scones, and muffins, alongside latte’s, mochas and other specialty-coffee drinks.

“Everything here is handcrafted,” said Grunau. “We, along with a select few other coffeehouses in the city, really take the time to perfect our pour-over. This technique allows the maker to really control how the coffee is brewed and monitor its progress.”

City Perks has just expanded with a second location along Circle Drive in the upstairs of the Ens Lexus Toyota building.
