There is a new jog on Highway 97 for thousands of motorists travelling on Highway 97 in West Kelowna.
Just north of the new Westside Road interchange they are temporarily realigning the four lanes of highway 97.

The jog in the highway swings vehicles slightly around the site of the Nancee Way underpass to accommodate its construction.
The switch over happened last night and is in effect until the project completion next summer.
Highway traffic flows should not be affected.
Drivers are reminded to stick to the 60-kilometer speed limit through the work zone.
