TORONTO – Toronto police are seeking to locate and speak to two persons of interest in connection to the murder of a man in a Wellesley Street apartment building last December.
Authorities have released a security video of two men they believe may have information in relation to the investigation.
Wasfi Ghalban, 47, was found with signs of trauma on Dec. 3, 2014 inside a unit at 200 Wellesley Street East and was later pronounced dead on scene.

Police say the video was recorded two days prior to the death showing two men entering the TCHC building — with one taking the elevator and another the stairs.
“We’d like to speak to anyone who’ve had contact with those individuals,” said Homicide Detective Sergeant Mike Carbone at a press conference Wednesday morning.
Police say Ghalban was single and that he was targeted.
“The victim is a Toronto resident. He appeared to operate a tattoo and piercing shop on Yonge Street,” said Carbone.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen or spoke to the deceased between Dec. 1st to 3rd to come forward.
Authorities have not released the victim’s cause of death.
