UPDATE: Police say the missing woman has been found down an embankment in the 6800-block of 176th Street in Surrey. Jeanne Lemieux was taken to Surrey Memorial for hypothermia.
Burnaby RCMP are looking for a 61-year-old missing woman suffering from Alzheimer’s.
Jeanne Lemieux was last seen at Walmart in Lougheed Town Centre around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police say she may have wandered off and could possibly be confused to her surroundings.
Lemieux is described as Caucasian, with blonde shoulder length hair and brown eyes.
She was wearing a black coat, grey sweater, black pants and black shoes.
Lemieux also walks with a slight limp and could walk long distances.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Burnaby RCMP.
