Montreal Canadiens pay a special visit to the Montreal Children’s Hospital

MONTREAL – The Montreal Canadiens took time out of their hectic schedule to give back to some of their biggest fans and reach out to the community in a different way.

Habs players met with young patients at the Sainte-Justine and Montreal Children’s hospitals Monday to sign autographs and take pictures.

“Almost all the Canadiens players are here and you get to see them,” said Tristan Lessard, 12.

“You get to meet them and shake their hands. It’s just awesome.”

Players visited many of the children, some in the common room and others in their rooms, and presented each one of them with a special gift.
