WINNIPEG – Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger made a state of the province address at a Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce luncheon Thursday.
Selinger is facing a leadership vote in March as he tries to stare down a caucus revolt after five of his top ministers resigned.

WATCH: Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger, during his state of province address, acknowledged the recent “tumultuous time in provincial politics” after a number of MLAs walked out on him.
