CALGARY – The city has denied Wind Mobile’s application to increase the size of a cell tower in northwest Calgary.
The company wanted to replace a tower on 14th Street and Northmount Drive with a tower almost twice as tall. Members of the community were outraged by the proposal and took the issue to the city.
