CALGARY- As Calgary continues to grow, one city councillor says it leaves less space between adult businesses and schools.
When it comes to the laws that dictate how far liquor stores can be from schools, Councillor Andre Chabot says with the increase in population those rules may be bending.

Right now, a bylaw requires liquor stores be 300 meters apart and 150 meters from public and private schools.
Chabot says the laws are being relaxed too often, so he’s asking the city to put a limit on the degree to which developers can relax the rules.
The motion will go before council on Monday.
