Riders QB Darian Durant throwing the football at practice

REGINA – The Saskatchewan Roughriders were back to work Monday after their bye-week – and a familiar face was back on the field.

Riders quarterback Darian Durant was on the field and throwing the football in individual drills.

The QB was injured on September 7th when Winnipeg Blue Bombers defensive end Bryant Turner hit Durant on a dead play.

This is the first time Durant has been seen in practice throwing a football since the injury.

Still a question mark however is whether Durant suits up for the team’s regular season finale against the Edmonton Eskimos Saturday night.
