HALIFAX – Police in Halifax say a 35-year-old man is facing charges after a stabbing at an apartment building in the neighbourhood of Bedford.
Police say officers were called to the building on the Bedford Highway early Sunday morning and found a blood trail in the hallway.
They say two men who live in the complex were found with knife wounds.
A 35-year-old man was treated at the scene for a cut on his hand while a 29-year-old man was taken to hospital with a non-life-threatening injury to his arm.
Police say the accused is facing a charge of assault with a weapon.
They say a search warrant is being executed at the scene.
