WINNIPEG-The Assiniboine Park Zoo’s newest polar bears are currently in their 30-day quarantine but zoo officials say they’re settling in nicely.

The 10-month-old female and male cubs were rescued by Manitoba Conservation officials along the Hudson Bay coastline on September 24. Efforts to find their mother were unsuccessful so they were brought to the International Polar Bear Conservation Centre in Winnipeg.
