SASKATOON – A Saskatoon man who recently released from jail after serving a sentence for child pornography related convictions has been arrested on similar charges.
Justin Gerard Gryba, 26, was arrested by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) on Wednesday.
He had been released earlier this year after serving two years behind bars after pleading guilty in 2012 to possessing and distributing child pornography. Gryba was also given three years probation

During the 2012 investigation, police seized multiple computers but were unable to access some of them due to passwords and encryption.
Forensic technicians were able to gain access to the hard drives in July and an analysis of the drives led to the arrest.
Gryba is facing two charges of making child pornography, one charge of possession of child pornography and two charges of voyeurism.
Police say the victims have been identified and families notified.
He appeared in Saskatoon provincial court Thursday morning.
