TORONTO — Zack Snyder, director of the upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, shared a photo of the new Batmobile on Wednesday.
The pic was posted on Twitter only hours after someone with the user name amacro13 posted what he claimed were images of the Caped Crusader’s vehicle on Instagram.
“Here’s a real picture of the Batmobile,” Snyder wrote.
Snyder teased fans back in May with a photo of the Batmobile mostly covered by a tarp. He then gave a sneak peek at the car’s front end in a photo of Ben Affleck as Batman.
Snyder is currently filming the follow-up to last year’s Man of Steel in Detroit. It stars Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman as well as Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons and Holly Hunter.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is due in cinemas on March 25, 2016.
