CALGARY- A 17-year-old has been charged in the stabbing death of a Calgary man.
Just before 11 p.m. on Monday, police were called to a parking lot along Bowness Road N.W. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from critical injuries.
He died in hospital a short time later.
The victim has since been identified as 38-year-old John MacIver, and an autopsy determined he died as a result of a stabbing.
A 17-year-old has since been charged with second-degree murder in the case, and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
