A fuel spill caused the closure of northbound lanes in the Massey Tunnel for an hour this afternoon.
The cause was diesel, and it backed up traffic on Highway 99 for quite some time.
One crews determined the chemical was diesel, it was quickly cleaned up.
Traffic is still very slow heading north, and is expected to be so for some time.
