Highway 1 has been shut down 32km west of Revelstoke due to a three vehicle crash.

The accident happened just after 3 p.m. near the Enchanted Forest tourist attraction on the bridge over the Eagle River.
RCMP say a traffic reconstructionist is en route, suggesting the injuries are serious. Several persons are trapped, according to RCMP.
DriveBC.ca suggests the Trans Canada will re-open sometime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesday evening.
No detour is available around the route.
