REGINA – The bike of a girl with Cerebal Palsy that was stolen from her yard earlier this week has been returned.
The bike was taken out of the Regent Park neighbourhood, and the girl’s upset mother posted a message on the sell and trade site Kijiji asking for its safe return.
A stranger saw the mothers post on Kijiji and said they would replace the stolen tricycle for the girl.
The specialized tricycle was found near a train track then returned to the family on Thursday.
The family will donate one of the bikes to Camp Easter Seals.
