TORONTO — Actress Piper Perabo and producer-director Stephen Kay tied the knot Saturday in New York City.
The couple, who live part of the year in Toronto, celebrated their nuptials with a New Orleans-themed reception.
Perabo, 37, wore a metallic gown with yellow veil while Kay sported a baggy three-piece suit and fedora.
It is the first marriage for both.
Perabo has starred in the made-in-Toronto series Covert Affairs since 2009. She is also known for movies like Coyote Ugly.
Kay is an executive producer of Covert Affairs and has directed several episodes of the show. He also directed 2000’s Get Carter and episodes of shows like Sons of Anarchy and Friday Night Lights.
Filming of the fifth season of Covert Affairs wraps in late September. It premieres Aug. 26 on Showcase.
