Recipe: Summer Glow smoothie

MONTREAL — “Healthy looking skin starts from within,” says nutritionist Vanessa Perrone from MotiveNutrition.com.

Why not try her easy green-smoothie recipe that will help you get all the nutrients you need for a healthy summer glow.


2 cups of frozen mango
1/2 avocado
2 teaspoons of Matcha green tea powder
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
A handful of baby spinach
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 cups of almond milk
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)


Blend until smooth.

Serves 2
