PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – Speed may have been a factor in an ATV crash that killed a Prince Albert, Sask. man Wednesday evening.
Mounties were called to the crash 24 kilometres west of the northern Saskatchewan city just before 7 p.m.
The 42-year-old man, whose name has not been released, was riding alone at the time.
Police believe alcohol was not a factor in the crash and investigators believe the man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
An autopsy has been ordered.
Investigators say it will be several weeks before they will complete their investigation.
