Another Saskatchewan child pornography arrest in Operation Snapshot

NORTH BATTELFORD, Sask. – The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) unit has made another arrest in Operation Snapshot III.

Officers executed a search warrant Friday at a residence in North Battleford as part of a follow-up investigation to the Canada-wide operation.

Edward Andy Kahsokeo, 37, was arrested and charged with accessing, possession of, and making available child pornography.

Kahsokeo is scheduled to appear in North Battleford province court on Aug. 11.

His arrest brings to 14 the number of people nabbed in Saskatchewan during Operation Snapshot III.

Last Thursday, the ICE unit announced 13 people had been picked up in the province and are facing 33 child pornography charges.
