Healthy and refreshing, this kid-friendly drink is the ultimate thirst quencher on a hot summer day. The effervescence of the sparkling water gives the natural watermelon and grape flavours a delightful kick.

250 ml (1 cup) seedless watermelon puree

50 ml (1/4 cup) grape juice

175 ml (3/4 cup) sparkling water

Crushed ice, to taste

In an oversized tumbler, mix watermelon puree and grape juice together. Add sparkling water and ice. Stir for a few seconds to ensure drink is nicely blended. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving.

Nutritional information per serving: 70 calories; 1 g protein; 21 g carbohydrate; 1 g fibre; 5 mg sodium.
