REGINA – It looks like fans of “Corner Gas” will be getting more opportunities to see stars of the popular show.
A kickstarter campaign to help with production of “Corner Gas: The Movie” has more than doubled its goal of 100-thousand dollars

Executive producer Virginia Thompson says the funds will help fly cast members to movie premiere events across the country.
There’s also a plan to have the actors who play Karen and Davis arrest fans and record the moments on video.
Filming in Saskatchewan for the movie is to start tomorrow.
