Missing hiker on North Shore located

Rescue crews in Howe Sound have located a missing hiker.

North Shore Rescue was activated at around 8 p.m. Sunday night for a report of an overdue hiker.

The 24-year-old was last seen yesterday at midday on the Howe Sound Crest Trail near the Lions and above Lions Bay.
