REGINA – A Saskatoon man is facing charges including impaired driving causing death after a fatal crash in Regina on Sunday.
Regina police said a car being driven southbound by 72-year-old Garry Robert Tatham was stopped at the traffic lights on Albert Street at 6th Avenue North when it was rear-ended by a truck.
Tatham was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck, Brian Okemahwasin, is charged with driving while impaired causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Okemahwasin, 41, made his first appearance in a Regina courtroom on Monday morning.
