TORONTO — Rapper Andre “Christ Bearer” Johnson is in stable condition after cutting off his penis early Wednesday morning inside a North Hollywood apartment.
According to TMZ, the 40-year-old performer severed his penis before jumping off a second-floor balcony.

He was found on the sidewalk outside the building and rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre. Doctors were reportedly unable to reattach his penis.
TMZ reported the incident was a suicide attempt.
Johnson is a member of the rap group Northstar, which was founded by Wu-Tang Clan member RZA.
