After the past two springs, when Lumby was hit particularly hard by flooding, residents and officials of the community are relieved to have some extra help with sandbagging.
The machine will be used to make bags to protect the Village’s infrastructure and to make a stockpile of bags – which can be used by residents to protect their homes.
