Vincent Lewis Timpany pled guilty to charges stemming from a December 2013 raid at his Yates Road home in December 2013 when police seized two handguns, a 12-gauge shotgun and three over-capacity magazines.

Police say Timpany has a long criminal record dating back to the ’90s and is an associate of the Independent Soldiers gang.

Timpany was banned from owning guns at the time of his arrest.
