Watch above: A heritage home is available for free in Toronto – with one simple catch. Sean Mallen reports.
TORONTO – Affordable homes in Toronto are hard to come by these days except for one that just hit the market at a bargain basement price.
The 1889-built coach heritage home is located at 119 Isabella Street in the Bloor Street East area just off of Jarvis St. and is a walking distance away from the Sherbourne subway station.
The price for the fixer upper is listed at $0. Yes, free. However, one stipulation is that it has to be moved at the buyer’s expense.

The home is currently owned by Casey House, a charity that provides treatment to people with HIV/AIDS.
The organization is looking to replace the existing building with a new facility that is slated to open in 2016.
With construction to begin later this year, Casey House is looking for a buyer to take the 3,000-square-foot historic brick home off their hands and have it relocated.
Local councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam sent a tweet on April 1st advertising the sale.
If there are no takers, the Victorian style home will be demolished.
