WINNIPEG — Three people are in custody following an assault Saturday morning.
Winnipeg Police Service was called to the 500 block of Selkirk Ave after someone reported seeing a firearm. When officers arrived they found two people with upper body injuries.

Three people — including the two who were injured — were taken into custody.
Despite the initial call, police say no shots were fired.
Major crimes is investigating.
