SAINT JOHN- A man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with a weekend homicide in Saint John.
Joseph Paul Irving, 53, was arrested on Sunday. He is accused of killing Cynthia Irving, 45.

Police say they were called to an address in the south end of Saint John on Sunday to investigate a suspicious death.
Irving appeared in court on Monday afternoon. He has been remanded until his next court appearance on April 14.
Police are still investigating.
