‘Who’s The Boss’ star Danny Pintauro to wed on April 3

TORONTO — Former child star Danny Pintauro will tie the knot with his boyfriend Wil Tabares next month on their second anniversary.

Pintauro, who played Jonathan Bower on the sitcom Who’s The Boss from 1984 to 1992, will marry Tabares on April 3 in Mission Viejo, California.

The two were engaged on April 3, 2013 in Palm Springs.

“Dan and I are totally excited and can’t wait to seal the deal,” wrote Wil on the couple’s website.

“There’s so much to do and plan for a wedding, I think it was a bit overwhelming for both Dan and myself. We really didn’t know what to expect.”

Pintauro, 38, graduated from Stanford University in 2001. He currently works as a manager at a P.F. Chang’s restaurant in Las Vegas.

Tabares works in a hotel-casino in Vegas.

The pair are unable to wed in their home state of Nevada, which recognizes domestic partnerships but continues to ban equal marriage.
