TORONTO – The race to replace Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is getting crowded.
Sarah Thomson is expected to file her papers at city hall Thursday morning and officially put her name on the ballot.
Thomson, who ran in the 2010 election but dropped out early to support George Smitherman, accused Ford of groping her at a party last March.
At the time, Thomson suggested that Mayor Ford may have been under the influence of cocaine or other drugs when the incident happened.

Ford denied the allegations.
Two months later the alleged video of Ford smoking crack was discovered and in November Ford admitted he had smoked crack in the past.
Thomson is publisher and CEO of Women’s Post magazine and the Chair and Director of the Toronto Transit Alliance.
She ran in the 2011 provincial election as the Liberal candidate for the Trinity-Spadina riding. NDP candidate Rosario Marchese won by 1,075 votes.
Voters head to the polls October 27.
