SASKATOON – A fire at a Saskatoon city yard has caused $250,000 in damage to a garbage truck.
Firefighters were called to the yard at 75 King St. just after 9 p.m.

Crews arrived to find fire and smoke coming from an open garage door on the north side of the building.
An aggressive attack was started and a vehicle fire was quickly extinguished.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
