This means Jones’ rink enters the playoffs with nine straight victories. They’re the only team to do so, which puts them in first place overall. They had already qualified for the playoffs before they played this game.

The semifinals begin Wednesday, Feb. 19. While the opponents have not yet been determined, Sweden has also already qualified for the playoffs.
