WASHINGTON, Utah – Police in Utah say they’ve pinpointed a juvenile suspect they believe shot a feral cat through the face and body with an arrow.
Washington City Police Officer Ed Kantor tells The Spectrum the suspect was found Wednesday after investigators fielded tips from the public. The case has been sent to juvenile courts, where it will be reviewed for possible charges.

A veterinarian who examined the cat says an arrow had gone through the animal’s head and passed through its esophagus. The arrow then came out of the cat’s shoulder blades.
The vet removed the arrow, and the cat, named Quiver, is recovering.
