CALGARY-Police resources were tied up for several hours on Monday, following a police standoff in Springbank Hill.
It started around 2 p.m. Monday, when the man barricaded himself inside the southwest home. Police say he was wanted on numerous outstanding warrants.
Officers gained entrance to the home just before 10 p.m Monday night, but found the man dead inside. Foul play is not suspected.
