Another five people are still listed as officially missing following the early morning blaze at the Residence du Havre in L’Isle-Verte on Jan. 23.

Police gave the update late this afternoon.

The previous numbers were 24 dead and eight missing.

Police made the announcement just a few hours after some 900 people packed into L’Isle-Verte’s Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church to remember the victims.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Gov. Gen. David Johnston and Quebec Premier Pauline Marois were among those who attended the service.
