CALGARY – Friends of a young man found dead in a car in Bridgeland last week are trying to raise money to help his mother pay for his funeral.
Anthony Fernandez was reported missing by his family on Boxing Day, two days after they had last seen him.

A few days later, police found his body in a car parked in an alley in the 1200 block of Colgrove Ave. N.E. while investigating a suspicious death.
Friends say they are desperate for answers, describing Anthony as a friendly, positive person who was very close to his mother.
