Stolen Border Collie Zoey recovered, vehicle still missing from New Westminster

While a “kindhearted commuter” has found and returned a stolen Border Collie named Zoey, the vehicle she was sitting in remains missing, according to New Westminster police.

Six-year-old Zoey was inside the 2012 black Fiat 500 Sport when it was stolen from around Carnarvon and McInnes streets just before 1 a.m. on Monday.

The Fiat’s licence plate is TT2 51D.
