It’s a plan that could forever change the view of Edmonton’s River Valley.  A campaign to light up the High Level Bridge with thousands of led lights thanks to the generosity of Edmontonians. The grassroots campaign is approaching it’s $2.5 million target, but there are reports the city will be asked to provide the missing money.
