RCMP in High River, Alta., lifted a shelter-in-place order for residents in High River after police issued the warning regarding a high-risk call at 131 Eighth Ave. S.W. on Wednesday morning.

Police advised residents inside the apartment building to shelter-in-place along with residents in the building’s vicinity.
