Global Edmonton supports: Little Warriors Be Brave Luncheon

Join us at the 9th Annual Be Brave Luncheon on October 28, 2022 from 11:30-1:30. This event raises significant funding to help Little Warriors operate the Be Brave Ranch where children and teens receive specialized, intensive treatment for child sexual abuse.

This year the event will take place in person at the Edmonton Convention Centre, AND virtually so guests can log in across Canada from their offices or the comfort of their own homes.

The keynote speaker this year is Jeeti Pooni. Jeeti broke her silence of being sexually abused as a young child. Jeeti’s outing of the veil of silence has been a spark for much-needed conversations to end the violence and abuse experienced not only by women in the Indian community but all communities.

Jeeti Pooni is a Motivational Speaker, the author of The Silent Stoning, and the driving force behind her documentary film Because We Are Girls, that shares the story of her and her sisters.
