Spooktacular Halloween Market is back for our 5th year! This is a family friendly Halloween themed market that is raising money for Surrey Hospitals Foundation. Admission is by donation and includes over 50 vendors, food trucks, bounce house, face painting, award winning balloon twisting artist, photo ops, costumed characters, Raffle and more!
