Wildebeest Executive Chef Ian McHale welcomes Ron McKinlay of Toronto’s critically acclaimed Canoe restaurant for a collaborative dinner at the Gastown hotspot on Monday, April 8. The multi-course menu will highlight locally sourced and seasonal ingredients and feature dishes such as Quebec red stag tartare, Coast sea urchins and Peach Countru lamb loin. A limited number of tickets are available for $99 per person plus tax and are available online at wildebeest.ca/events.
