“A Classical Saxophone Evening” – Intimate House Concert with Wine

Who knew that the saxophone is such a versatile instrument? Take a seat in the living room and join classical saxophonist Tina Wang (https://www.tinawangmusic.ca/) and pianist Kate Utegenova (http://www.kateutegenova.com/) on a wonderful exploration of an instrument that not many people associate with classical music! Tina and Kate will be presenting a wonderful program that ranges from classical masterworks transcribed for the saxophone, including violin sonatas by Bach and Schubert, to modern/contemporary works by Paule Maurice and John Mackey that were specifically written for this relatively young instrument.
