Edo Japan Opens first ‘Fresh Take’ mall concept at CF Chinook Mall

Following the launch of Edo Japan’s new restaurant concept ‘Fresh Take’ earlier this year, the Calgary-based eatery is excited to announce the opening of the first ‘Fresh Take’ mall concept location. Join us on Wednesday, May 30th for the grand opening of Edo’s very first Fresh Take mall location at the CF Chinook Mall food court! Edo’s ‘freshest’ location will feature key aspects of the ‘Fresh Take’ concept, including: a trendy new design and layout; fresh new branding; menu evolution; and a grab and go cooler with a variety of sushi, salads and Japanese-inspired snacks and treats. Edo will also be introducing its new fruit-infused CRAFT soda beverages, including its newest flavour, Strawberry-Hibiscus. CF Chinook Mall is located at 6455 MacLeod Trail South.
