Elora is ‘Ontario’s most beautiful village.’
But don’t take my word for it, it’s how late-artist A.J. Casson from the Group of Seven described it.
Visitors need not have a penchant for painting to appreciate the natural beauty. From the gorgeous Elora Gorge to the winding Grand River to all of its Quarry glory, it’s a sight like no other.
Located just over a 90-minute drive from the City of Toronto, the luscious landscapes are balanced with lovely limestone architecture along with a cosmopolitan offering of cute shops, restaurants, accommodations, a brewery, distillery, a cocktail bar, and much more.
Whether you’re visiting in the Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, this is a guide to your next local escape.
